Programme overview

Trinity Innovation and Enterprise, Trinity College Dublin are delighted to continue their training partnership with Taste 4 Success Skillnet, currently in its fifth year, with the launch of the 2025 Strategic Problem-Solving: Pathways to Innovate programme. The programme will maintain a strong focus on strategic group work, with organisations invited to nominate 3-5 staff members to participate.

Each organisational working group will be invited to explore and understand their current strategic priorities, ultimately identifying a key strategic challenge to address through the programme.
