The BrandBite training programme is an initiative by The Art of GRATE Food in association with Blas na hÉireann, and funded by Taste 4 Success Skillnet.
This 15-week programme is designed to help food and drink producers build a strong, resonant brand that connects emotionally with customers.
Through expert-led workshops and one-on-one training, participants will learn how to refine their brand identity, strengthen market presence, and achieve sustainable growth.
Who Is This Programme For?
Ideal for food and drink producers who want to:
• Strengthen their brand, enhance market presence, and drive business growth
• Understand the brand-building process and remove confusion around branding
• Overhaul their brand identity & packaging for a fresh new look
• Gain expert insights on defining brand differentiation, consumer research, and marketing strategy
Successful applicants will participate in a dedicated brand workshop and receive one-to-one training with industry experts. Upon completion, participants will have a comprehensive brand toolkit, empowering them to communicate their brand effectively to both buyers and consumers.

Fees and Funding
This training programme (total value €19,988) will be subsidised by Taste 4 Success Skillnet. The fee payable by participants joining this course is €4,997, which is 25% of the overall programme total. This fee, payable in advance or in four stage payments, represents a substantial discount on the cost of delivering this course. This discounted price for the programme is supported by Taste 4 Success Skillnet and is available to all eligible applicants. All prices include VAT.
IMPORTANT: Eligibility Criteria
• Business must be registered and based in the Republic of Ireland
• Must be a member of Taste 4 Success Skillnet
• Employees must:
- Be living in Ireland and employed by a member company
- Be decision-makers in their company
• Business must have been a Blas na hÉireann finalist or winner in the last 3 years
• Must demonstrate ambition for growth and a strong business case
• Commitment to sustainability, community, or ESG initiatives is preferred
• Must be available for the full 15-week programme (April–September,1-2 hours per week)
• Must agree to contribute 25% of the programme fee (€4,997)
• As a government-funded training network, we can only support those meeting the above criteria.
