Delivery Methodology
Zoom classroom is the online tool used to deliver our online virtual programme. We will provide delegates with the link to the virtual Zoom classroom. It does require an app download for free which delegates should be prompted to accept with a meeting invite but also can be downloaded at no cost in advance.
Delegates will be provided pre-course reading material, questionnaire and software testing links in advance of the course to ensure delegates key course objectives are covered. End of course materials will also be issued to all delegates including templates for COVID-19 Action plans, Risk Assessment and Crisis Management Plans, course notes and certificate of completion.
